“WE OPEN THE ICE BATH SEASON”

LOCATION:under the railway bridge (Urfahrseite)

Parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.

WE REJOICE ABOUT A GIFT FROM THE HEART.

Please register so that we know how many snacks we should take with us.

Please bring

• Swimwear (bikini, swimming trunks)
• Hand towel
• comfortable warm clothing, possibly hood, gloves
• Advantageously drinking bottle with water or tea
• ideal sleeping bag and pad for breathing exercises, or blanket, poster, yoga mat, etc.

This is a private meeting happening among friends.  If this is your first time, please let us know in advance. Your safety is important to us and we pay the utmost attention to it. So if you have or have had any of the following conditions, please let us know in advance:

• heart disease
• high blood pressure
• epilepsy
• Recent surgeries
• Diseases of the immune system (e.g. rheumatism, MS, Crohn's disease, diabetes)

Also ask for information from your side if you are pregnant 🤰🏼 or if I need to know anything else about your health.

We have a very large lying area and ask you to keep the prescribed distance of 2 meters.
